Products & Pre-Orders
Product Description
CLOAK is an environmental protection shield for electronic safe keypads. It is designed to protect against EMP, fire, water, and impact. CLOAK is not a security or anti-theft device — the safe handles security; CLOAK handles environmental threats.
Pre-Order Terms
Pre-orders represent a commitment to purchase the product at the stated price. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:
- Pre-order pricing is subject to change before production begins
- Estimated ship dates are approximate and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain factors
- You will be notified of any significant delays
- Pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded before the product ships
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within the United States only
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@bosscoversusa.com with photos of the damage.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, the following return policy applies:
- 30-day return window — unused, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping — buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged
- Refund processing — refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product
- Installed products — products that have been installed using the adhesive mount may not be eligible for return if the adhesive has been activated

Warranty
CLOAK is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from the environmental events CLOAK is designed to protect against (EMP, fire, water, impact) — if CLOAK was damaged while performing its intended protective function, that is expected behavior, not a defect
To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@bosscoversusa.com with your order details and a description of the defect.
Limitation of Liability
CLOAK is an environmental protection accessory. It is designed to reduce risk but does not guarantee that a safe’s electronic keypad will survive any specific environmental event. Performance depends on the severity, duration, and nature of the threat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boss Covers USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to damage to safe contents, loss of access to a safe, or failure of the product to prevent damage in extreme conditions.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and product designs — is the property of Boss Covers USA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
